April 21st I placed an order with mtnstore.com for an Agfa point and shoot camera.They seemed to have the best online price.

Next day they emailed me and said that the shipping price had changed and that they would supply me with a new link to pay an extra $12 for shipping to Australia.
I was fine with that so I sent a reply and received an automated response saying they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours.

So far I have sent 15 emails enquiring as to what has happened to my order which is now 5 weeks old. NONE have been answered.
I have tried ringing with no success.

I am now in the process of recovering my funds through my credit card company. This is highly inconvenient though - as it can take up to 90 days.

What mtnstore is about I have no idea - I only wish I lived a little closer than Australia so we could have worked this out face to face.

I have made hundreds if not thousands of online transactions and this is the first to go wrong.

Credit Card Company issue a credit for funds

My credit card company has issued a full credit for the disputed transaction. No reason was given. MTNstore still has not contacted me in regards to this order. My advise to any intending customers is to STAY CLEAR OF MTNSTORE they are RIPOFFS.
