Muchdo Translations Gaza Internet
muchdo.com has defrauded me of $500.25. This invoice was July 16, 2012. for translation service which I sent to them and they claim they have not recieved. I have a time stamped email showing the translation was received by muchdo.com.
This agency has not paid my invoice to date and is a fraud company in my opinion.

I am not sure you could actually prove that the other "open" your email. I believe the timestamp you have is only the time you successfully sent your email to them. Do you and they use the same mail server that can check whether the other has opened their email? The reason I ask is that I have not seen a web mail provider that actually notifies others that it receives an email. Do you really know how a web mail server works?
By the way, "receiving" an email means nothing because it is similar to "not being rejected" by the web mail server but may go into a spam filter. In other words, if an email is successfully sent, there is no notification back to the sender. As a results, the sender does NOT know whether the email is sent to the Inbox, Spam, Junk, etc. On the other hand, the sender will receive a notification if the email could not be delivered.
Just want to give you some information just in case you decide to sue them.
