muhaajirstudios.com 5 Months, many promises, no shipment CHICAGO IL
Approximately 5-6 months ago, I ordered several items from Muhaajir Studios online via their website. However, after receiving several promises that the items would be shipped, I still have yet to receive them. I have sent emails, texts, phone calls, etc., but still nothing but promises.
What's really unfortunate in this case is that I know the proprietor, and he actually borrowed money from me to refund someone else whose paid merchandise also wasn't shipped. However, even after this, I wasn't repaid that loan (due to a very inconvenient excuse), nor have I received my merchandise which was ordered and paid for 5 months ago today. Its evident to me now that they didn't actually have the merchandise in inventory at all.
I've been a self-employed small-business owner myself for nearly 10 years, and never once has someone paid me for something that I didn't provide or refund. So, I don't understand business practices of this other sort, but I do understand when someone is playing games with consumer's money. This is my way of ending that game. I will amend this report when or if I am repaid every cent, and/or my merchandise is received.
