I just came across about house-for-sale "4020-Longfellow street, Allentown, PA-18104: MLS-531523". LINK: zillow.com/homedetails/4020-Longfellow-St-Allentown-PA-18104/52147741_zpid/

** Please beware that the owner of this house has not disclosed court orders, facts, critical defects and issues related to this house. The owner is involved in multiple divorces and abuse cases. His properties including this are part of settlement process, alimony and support claims.   The owner/husband is trying to sell this property without letting his wife and attorney knowledge

-  If you are part of this sale, you and the owner of this house will be responsible and charged for hiding facts from potential buyer. If their kids get sick due to mold in the house, this will be more dangerous.

Please note:

- The third wife of Mr.  Zubair Mufti (Owner of this house) has filed the divorce case in Michigan. This house is part of settlement and on FREEZE until further court orders.

- There are major structural and mold issues which are not disclosed. These issues have already been submitted to Lehigh County Court during Divorce case of Mr. Mufti. Due to these issues the house was sold in "AS-IS" condition at low price. Please check sale agreement from REMAX who were real estate agent during that sale process.

- This house needs almost $67000/- worth of repair work that includes treatment of Mold and basement fix. This mold is dangerous for kids and they will get sick. The mold is in kids room, basement and garage.

- This house has severe water issues. This issue has already been disclosed when the house was sold at cheap price of 275000/- in August, 2015. Whenever there's rain for more about 15 minutes, the basement start filling with water even sump pump is working. The main reason is steep hill on back  of the house.

- The water got in basement in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Please check the sale disclosure agreement from ReMax when the house was sold last time. The basement has never been treated or fixed. Due to high repair cost, the house was sold "AS IS" last time.

- Besides, there's water leakage in chimney and second bath room. This has never been fixed and disclosed as well.
