On August 28, 2011, I ordered and paid  (thru PayPal) for three Southern Bush Honeysuckle one (1) gallon plants for a total cost of $32.85 plus $9.00 shipping (which was refunded because I complained about the excessive cost and delay), which were to be mailed to me on or about November 7, 2011.

When I received the three plants on November 19 (after a follow-up telephone call) I discovered that they appeared to be three twigs apeace about six to eight inches long and, perhaps, a root among them and a smattering of soil.   Nevertheless,  I immediately planted them in nourished, moist,  compost during our warm weather with the hope of seeing some new or growing leaves (they arrived with two or three tiny ones).  Within a few days the existing leaves died and no new ones grew.

I notifed the nursery, represented by a Mr. Jeff Cupp, the owner I believe), the third week of December of the situation.  He informed me in writing that if the plants were dead and I returned them, he would refund the purchase price.  I returned them on December 27, 2011, and am still waiting for a refund, which I do not expect to receive.  As there is no BBB for his city and county, my next step is to file a written complaint for fraud with the county sheriff.  Of course, because I returned the plants I have no evidence to present to the sheriff.  Ripoff!
