Complaint Review: Mulligan's Windows and Siding

I been waiting patiently for Mulligan's to resolve the issue with my leaking windows for two years.  These windows have a life time warranty but I been told by a Mulligan representative that most people just buy new ones.  A life-time warranty is life-time warranty right? I have made many calls and have left messages to resolve this issue.  Some calls are returned and some aren't.  I mainly get the run around.

They measured the windows a couple of weeks ago.  They finally came out last week to install the new windows.  They took one window out and had to put the old window back in because the new ones were the wrong size.  The windows are leaking more than before so I had to put plastic on the windows.

Last week they took a picture of the windows from the outside of the house. Called several times and left messages but I never received a follow-up call to let me know the next step.  Extremely frustrating to work with this company!
