Complaint Review: Multimedia Sources Free Comp

I recived a call by a person who told me I had won a computer. I accepted the computer. All I had to pay were the shipping and handling fees of 284.90. I called about a hour later to cancel. But I was hung up on at least three times by the same person. I was finally able to cancel. I called back to verify the cancelation, they told me that the order was canceled.

A couple of weeks later I recived at letter from my bank stating that I had an overdraft charge. Come to find out, Multimedia sources had taken 284.90 out of my account. I called Multimedia sources to ask them what had happened and they told me that they canceled the order to send me the computer but they did not cancel taking the money out of my account. (RIDICULOUS !)

Before I could finally speak with someone I was hung up on by the same person who hung up on me when I called to cancel the very first time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they could not let me talk to a supervisor. ( How RUDE!)
