Complaint Review: Multi plan PPO Major Medical Health Insurance Policy Scam

In coming cal from 682-444-7805 Caller represented as agent Regan Flower for Multi Plan PPO Health Insurance selling Insurance for Major Medical Policy with Dental. ( I googled as he told me who he was with, nothing was coming up sketchy looking under Multi Plan PPO) Continued to say they had a plan for 784.56 dollars a month for a family of 2 with a deductible of 2,500. Co pay of 30.00 for perscriptions.

Looked up my Doctors to see if they excepted Multi plan, even knew the drug cost of my current meds and my occupation. He put me on hold while he checked to see if we qualified for this plan. said we were approved. Needed payment and plan would go into effect by midnight. Then needed to transfer me to billing department, We were disconnected, a woman call me back from a different line 970 289 4980 they went over how they would bill me, seemed odd, they started saying coverage numbers that were off from what he origionally told me but I thought it was just some additional small coverage perks and the technicality of the paperwork.

Then they emailed me the contract and needed me to sign immediately and send it back. I was already running late for work and needed to leave, I rushed and figured, I'd just print it and read it all when I got home from work.  I started to get the emails and member cards in my emails after the paperwork and billing was done. I couldn't believe it wasn't at all what the first agent told me it was going to be. Paperwork is in all different names, none are what agent told me they were in our origional conversation. There are so many names it's difficult to figure out which one is the company to pinpoint as the real fraud. 

These are all the names mentioned in my paperwork. However, some maybe legit they are using these names to float their scam from. Whoever debited my card is who I hold responsible! they have to know they are affilated with scammers! Intresting how they lie and then hand you off to another agent that then goes over other details that seem different and smaller making it seem like perks to your purchase!

I stopped my payment the following day while the transaction was still pending. I will be looking into getting the information from the debitor on my card and listing this as it becomes available. I'm quite sure this is all a scam and none of it would even work. The bottom line is they did a bait and switch in the worst way and it's FRAUD!! I don't care to stick around and look at it any further. I'll be keeping all paperwork and phone # used to contact me in case of legal action.
