On 9/5/12 in the email received from stacy@reisecrets.com I clicked on the link to a presentation by Mike Warren of MIS Univerity and signed up for the 'judgment & lien money machine home study course'. On 9/9/12 my VISA credit card was charged with $995.00.I received 3 booklets and 10 CD's by mail. I spent 2 weeks at the computer in the courthouse to find judgments according to the specifications: at least one year before expiration, principal amount $10,000 or over, verification of creditor's and debtor's names, addresses, telephone numbers and email, for each debtor 2012 tax return, verification that business is in good standing, verification that debtors have not filed for bankcruptcy. I advertised on Oahu and Maui, in Minneapolis and Dallas. I was not able to assemble one judgment.

On 9/25/12 I requested a refund of $995 by email to support@misuniversity.com. On 9/27/12 I received this reply 'Your request (#20854) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff'. Thereafter until 12/1/12 the reply was 'Request #20854. This request is currently being processed by our staff'. Then the statement disappeared. Numerous emails to MIS University were not answered. On 7/17/13 Ms. Megan McLaughlin emailed and asked me to call her office. On 8/8/13 I wrote 'Please correspond by email, I am 84 years of age and not good in hearing and comprehension'. I did not receive an answer.

On 8/20/13 I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Colorado Springs. On 9/19/13 MIS University replied to the BBB: 'Reply: Client has not returned the unopened product for refund. Detailed directions for return are included in the physical course'. The detailed directions for return were not included with the course material, the CD's marked 'do not open' in case the course is to be returned I did not open. The promised bonuses were also missing. On 7/17/13 I emailed to Ms. McLaughlin 'I have not returned the product, because I do not know where to send it to. I received no answer and I still don't know what the detailed directions are.

'MIS University did not merchant process the order for Mr. Meyer' product and cannot offer a refund at this time'. I emailed to MIS University several times the VISA statement containing the charge of $995. If MIS University did not process my order, why did they send the course material and how did they know my credit card number, name and address?

'MIS University is willing to exchange this course with another course'.  I was charged $995.00 for the 'judgment & lien money machine home study course' while the course '$12,871 a month with judgments, liens and options' is advertised for $39.95.

The courses have this warranty: 'Why am I offering you a 100% iron-clad 365-day "you'd-better-make-some-money" money-back guarantee? Because it works'.

I request from MIS University a refund of $995.00.
