9/15/2017 This is my PERSONAL experience with Multiply Inc & Joe Giglietti (owner) On 3/15/2017 I hired this company to run Facebook ads on my behalf. Terms & Conditions state the following: $1,560.00 Deposit- Multiply Inc will refund the deposit if client fails to achieve $39,000 in Gross Commission Income within 6 months from March 15, 2017….. At the very start of working together, Joe did respond to my few e-mails/texts/Voice Messages; pretty soon, I could not reach him/get him to contact me, when I needed to talk to him. I was promoting over 1 million properties. To do so, we agreed to target people who can afford such properties (minimum income of around $110,000 per year). Overtime I noticed that the “leads” I was talking to were in no way near that minimum agreed upon income. When I asked a direct question (which took a couple of days to get a respond): which was what minimum income did they use) I was told (I have the e-mail) that NO income range was used what so ever, but the ads were geared to “Homeowners” … That means I was paying for ads that did NOT target the people who could buy a property in the price range I offered; that means that ANY homeowner of a 10k Mobile home could (and possibly did) click on my ads, which I paid for, with NO chance to get ANY business from my ads, the way they were run… . At one point, I demanded that they STOP my ads campaign. It took 2 such notices and over two weeks for this to happen. No one EVER responded to my demands to stop the ads nor to refund my deposit, as per the agreement. Between yesterday and today, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and Pay Pal This is a husband & wife company, who has NO idea how to treat paying customers and it looks like they do not know what they are doing, professionally, as well☹

Only pay for results

Thank you so much for your review. We would like to extend our most sincere apologies regarding your recent experience with Multiply Inc. We have high standards and try our best to keep our clients extremely happy. Hopefully this is evidenced by the fact that our company is one of the few on the planet that are willing to be paid only if we get results. Part of our company philosophy is to constantly be improving. Because we help a lot of real estate agents run their marketing, we are able to test and see at a very intricate level exactly what kinds of marketing are working well and which are not. As we learn which strategies work better we adjust all of our accounts for all of our clients to get them better results. It's very important to us because if we don't get results, our clients pay us zero dollars. Facebook's income targeting is good, but not perfect by any means. After tens of thousands of dollars of research, we learned, you miss a lot of potential clients if you only target that way. With $1MM plus homes, our research has shown that these tend to be "move-up" homebuyers. Hence, we've learned it works better to target homeowners in the area. Also, we eliminate most of the dreamers by only targeting homeowners who already have a good idea of the mortgage payment by virtue of the fact that they live in, for example, a 500K or 700K home already. That targeting is extremely effective and has been used for decades before Facebook ever came along ... and it continues to work well overall. When clients do work with us, their ONLY risk is whatever money they pay to Facebook on ad spend. When clients do spend money on ads, if an ad is ever requested to be turned off it is done so in the first business day following the request. The best part about working with us is, as mentioned, clients only pay for results. If a client ever has an issue, all they have to do is send us a report of all closed transactions from the time period they worked with us so we can ensure our agreement has been met and we refund any deposits. Our team has already reached out for the final report in the case above.
