Mum and Pop's didnt honor the warranty when i bought that there ole country pencil sharpner with the batteries. Thing just didnt work outta the box- took it back and they wouldnt let me give it back to em! dang thing cost me 20 bucks.

Sounds like mum and pop's just made an honest mistake. a business like that could really be hurt by a ripoff report filed against them.
