My business was beer and wine distribution.  I had  a unique product called Drynx.  It was a citrus alcohol flavored like liquors, schnapps and cordials.  It gave the flavor of a liquor license to the beer and wine permit.  I worked the state of Florida for 2 years and built a customer base of 150 or more.  I made a deal with Karen Acevedo and mundo Latino wine out of Miami to become the distributor for the state.  Drynx supplied her with product to sell but she was to pay the liability on the product that was owed when bottles were sold.  She ordered additional product from the winery in Texas and has yet to pay anyone anything and will not comply to the agreement.  She has openly lied about payment and her refusal to pay is above and beyond anything I have ever seen.  Do not do business with this woman or company.

Rebuttal to this false story

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, July 13, 2015

This report is false and incorrect regarding Mundo Latino Distribution, Mundo Wines and Karen Acevedo. On December 2014 this company delivered the product to our office because according to the owners the company was closing and they were being evicted from their current warehouse. We accepted the product on a " consignment basis only"!! Not a payment upfront or a payment arrangement!! However we are a distribution of wine and spirits and we are highly regulated by the Florida Department of alcohol and tobacco. When the FL Dept of Alcohol came to our office to conduct an audit they informed us that the company that gave us the product did NOT have a valid distributors license and that this particular company was suspended back in October 2014 and they prohibit us from using this product and they a violation to that company for selling us the alcohol product without a license. This company failed to informed us not only that their license was suspended but also lie about list of products we received. The products we received was not the list of product we were invoice for!! They are NOT telling the public the true, if you have any questions or would like further documents on from the FL Department of Alcohol please feel free to contact us!! Too bad we can't attach documents to this report! Feel free to contact our office for the documentation regarding this false report

False Accusations about Mundo Latino Wines and Distribution

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, August 26, 2013

We are responding to this report of lies and false accusations from Mr. Griffin owner of Beach Blend in Florida sold this product to Mundo Latino Distribution in December 29, 2012.  He called our offices asking us to help him becuase he was going out business and was going to be evicted from his warehouse. The product was going to be out on the street if we did not help him, so reluctenly agreed to help him and bring his product to Miami.  However our agreement set up by Mr. Griffin was that "the product would be paid as it was sold". In Febraury 2013 the Florida Department of Alcohol send us a notice that our company could be under seroius violation of the law becuase Mr. Griffin has sold a product to us in December 2012 when his license was suspended in September 2012!!!! To make matter worst Mr. Griffin never paid us for the delivery of the product!

It's against the law to sell alcohol product without a distributors license!!! We requested to send the product back to Mr, Griffin but we were told NO by DBPR.  The FL Dept of Alcohol and Tabacco told us that we would be in even more trouble if we send the product or made any moves on the product until instructed by the DBPR.

We are a hard working company with an excellent reputation and outstanding customer service, we service over 1200 accounts and never had one complain againts our company. Mr. Griffin is a lier and a fraud, putting at risk small business like ours for his own personal gain.

If you have any further question please feel free to contact us. Thanks!
