Complaint Review: Munoz Management Inc

This is a WARNING to anyone considering working with Sabado F Munoz aka Frankie Munoz with VOTE Tours International, New York Music & Talent Showcase and/or East Coast Music Expo. Munoz organizes variety shows and sells himself as a professional with MAJOR contacts in Las Vegas.

He turned out to be small time and organized a show for me that was poor lighting, poor sound system, poor video, poor advertising and poor time management. It was supposed to be held at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and then we discovered that he booked a Pong & Pool Room within the Planet Hollywood complex. This wasn't what he sold me and I was very disappointed.

Munoz did not provide the 2nd show of the contract which was contracted to be held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Furthermore, Munoz did not complete other contracted tasks such as CD production/distribution, CA mini-tour, radio play, advertisement, record store placements, music publication ad's and photo shoots.

I hired an attorney to file a civil suit against Munoz and in turn the attorney hired a Private Investigator to review Munoz records. We discovered he had NO assets- NO home, NO car and NO money in a bank. The attorney stated that even if we won the case that there would be NO cash settlement. He also informed me that there is NO debtors prisons any more so without any Munoz assets, there was nothing to go after.

Munoz stole approx $40,000.00 of mine and it looks like there is nothing I can do about it. So I decided to file this report in the hopes that Munoz will NOT be able to do this to another aspiring musician, singer and/or dancer. Furthermore it is important to note that ALL young ladies should steer clear of Munoz. I discovered that he spent time in prison for RAPE.

Munoz is a bad person who will stop at nothing to seperate you from your money.
