I ordered a wallpaper mural from this company, and when my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the paint and paper came off. My installer followed accepted methods of wallpaper installation. The instructions for the product say different things in different places, and are misleading, so they have an "easy out". When I called the company. their "sales manager", Dan, was rude arrogant, condescending, and abusive to both my installer and me. He offered neither refund nor replacement. This company is misleading, deceptive, unprofessional, and has ZERO customer service. STAY AWAY, or be badly disappointed!
