Murals 4 Kidz Wall Murals on Wallpaper Miami Florida
Also being ripped off! I ordered 4 wall murals in Jan 08, two Peter Pan murals, a Castle and a "free Tink" because I SPENT SO MUCH! I researched this company up and down at the time of purchase and could not find one complaint about them. Well, 4 months later, was notified in May that the murals were finally done and received a USPS confirmation email that they were going to ship in the next couple days. A week goes by, I emailed Lina, she apologoized saying that the post office never showed up at her house for pick up and would mail it that week and that she was sick and to contact "Nicole" going further. Another week goes by, (we are now in June), surprise still no package. I emailed "Nicole" telling her I still haven't rcvd the murals. She emailed me back with the confirmation number saying that she thinks it was returned back to them and would 2nd day mail it, this was on 6/11. Well another week goes by and guess what???? No MURALS! I emailed Nicole again asking her what is going on - no response. Another week goes by and I emailed her one last time telling her those murals better be on my door step by the end of the week or I would have to take further action. Guess what...no response and no murals. I am now on a vengence to either get my murals in my hands or refunded my money. I also paid through google checkout. I have reported them to the BBB of S. FL and am in the process of disputing it through my credit card. If need be, I will use my lawyer. This is absurd. I also have walls that have been painted in our playroom to match these murals and my kids keep on asking me where are their paintings. My son is so into Pirates, he has been waiting months for these! If the truth is being told and Lina is sick and this "Nicole" is handling her business, she is running her business right into the ground and messing it up BIG-TIME for Lina. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I did notice that they also are selling diet pills too....What is up with that???

I just wanted to add that I was scammed the same way by this so-called company. Funny how after 4 months of trying to get my mural, I finally made two complaints today (7/25/08) to the BBB and PAYPAL, placed two phone calls to a number I found online to Lina and NOW I FIND AN EMAIL SAYING I'LL BE REFUNDED through GOOGLE CHECKOUT due to me calling 'the landlord' which was 'illegal'. I will really believe it when my money is back in my account.
I've emailed the artist suggesting they improve their customer service and response time to emails and calls. If they do or ever did provide the beautiful murals the website advertised, it's a shame that they are their own worse enemy and will lose customers.
The saddest part of this...............my little 3 year old will not have her glittering Cinderella and Castle.
I've also placed my own complaint on this website regarding them. but I just had to respond to this one as the story and excuse was almost identical to what I was told!!!

If you find you are having the same problems with Murals 4 Kidz, hopefully this advice will help.
If you paid through Google Checkout with your credit card (not a debit card) and are in good standing with your credit card company. You can contact your credit card company and dispute the purchase. They reversed the charges for me and are contacting Google Checkout to notify the bank and transaction institute for this rip-off company to get the money back. This will surely put them under investigation!
