Beginning in April 2008 I ordered and paid for a 5 foot mural of Cinderella and her castle. After not hearing from the company for over a month, I contacted them about it. They claimed they had my name entered in their system wrong and at first could not match up my inquiry. Promised it was straightened out and would deliver the mural. My name was spelled wrong on the website schedule page and changed a couple of weeks AFTER this was discovered.

On June 6, 2008 I was notified via an email from USPS.com that a shipment label was created for my address coming from MURALS4KIDZ.COM in Miami. My 3 year old was delighted!!!! However, that notice does not guarantee the package actually shipped and the tracking number provided shows no further info as of 7/25/08.

I contacted Lina/Nicole 6/30/08 and was given the sad story of Lina undergoing chemo. Again promised my mural was on it's way and that "I would forever be special to them" because of my patience. Which, has worn thin by now.

On July 9th, after 2 emails to Nicole, she contacted me and told me mural was slated for immediate shipping.

July 24, 2008 NO MURAL AND NO FURTHER CONTACT OR RESPONSE from Nicole. I have seen in a complaint filed by someone against MURALS4KIDZ.COM. They list a phone number. I'm going to try it now to see if "Lina" or "Nicole" answer.

I have filed an affidavit with PAYPAL and am working to be reimbursed. I was sharing this company with my friends with kids, but I warned them to search elsewhere as they DO NOT DELIVER!!!!

My 3 year old is heartbroken.

I was notified through GOOGLE checkout that I would be refunded my original purchase. The money showed up today (Monday 7/28/08). Interestingly enough, this quick action on the part of the company came ONLY AFTER I filed with the BBB and PAYPAL.

It still remains very unfortunate that the company MURALS4KIDZ.COM does not understand customer service. They now appear all apologetic about my mural and are only worried that I repair their name by stating I did receive my refund. Well, that done, I would STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE THINKING about ordering from this company. I do not understand their lack of communication, customer service, and delivery. My story is not the only one out here regarding them, so please read and BUYER BEWARE!

To MURALS4KIDZ.COM: Thank you for my refund. However, due to the length of time and stress, I should have been refunded AND received a mural!!!
