On Dec. 24th I went to their used car lot (next to the new auto lot) and found a 2002 Tahoe at a good price. We stated that we wanted the vehicle and were going back to get our trade in. About hour later on my way back to the dealership I got a phone call from the nice salesman telling me that another sales representative had called his brother-in-law and told him to put money down on the car before we got back because the price was too good. So they sold the vehicle out from under us. Trying to think the best of people we decided to look at a different one at that lot and when we started to put the numbers together the new vehicle was $5,000 more than the one we told them to hold. Then the manager started the back and forth negotiations. After about 20 minutes of waiting I went into the mangers office and told him he was wasting my time and left the dealership.

I am going to let everyone know about the bait and switch tactics of Murdock Chevrolet.
