We are a property management company with a property in Cincinnati. They (Luke, the owner) lured us to make immediate payment of $1,100 before services were to be rendered. Payment was made and Luke was nowhere to be found. I'm not sure why theft isn't an option to select but we want our money back. We have tried calling. They took $1,100 saying they would perform a service and never performed the service. They also cut off communication with us. We want the money that we paid for back or services rendered.
