I hired John Musca to represent me in a legal matter. He took $3,000.00 dollars of my money and then without my knowledge withdrew from the case. I told others around town what he did and found others that he did the same to. One of the people he ripped off took him to court and had his license suspended for one year. He is sneaky and has you sign a paper that states "non refundable" so he can withdraw, keep the money and get another client and the cycle continues.

I had a similar incident with this firm. After 10 days of no contact from them, I got an email that told me to contact their corporate number 732-249-3348. After doing so, for the first time in my experience with them, I was actually pleased with the customer support.

I've had similar problems with Musca Law, over the past 3 years they've managed to make a simple probation misunderstanding turn into a warrant and worse. I was hoping you could contact me at (((Redacted))) and give me more details of your case and their failings, as it looks like I'll be filing a grievance with the Florida Bar and would like to include more than what you've posted here.
