MusciansFriend Musciansfriend does not honor it's stated warrnaty "hassle free returns" Internet
Purchased a DVD-based instructional course from them that will not play on Windows 7 or Windows 8 PC's. Musciansfriend refused to process return and refund not-with-standing their failure to disclose prodcut information that the accompanying DVD may not play on all PC's with Windows Operating System. Thus, prodcut is useless as it waill not play on three differnt PC's I tested it on. Their only response was tough luck why not go out and buy yourself a stand alone DVD player. DVD's usally are compatible with Windows operating systems.. this one wasn't and prodcut descriptions failed to reveal that. I beleive that MusciansFriend intentionally ignores "implied warranty" for products they sell. Buyers need to know that.
