According to my research, which contains letters and emails I have obtained between the owners of the company and this particular individual posting this information, along with legal documents in support of the company's position, this item would be considered libel in a court of law. The person who is posting these items on the Internet was offered all payments and continuing work as the company transitioned from South of the River to Music at Your Doorstep. Due to ill management by previous staff along with illegal appropriation of company funds by staff members, the former company was forced to file bankruptcy and form a new company under new management. 95% of the teachers that worked for the former company signed on with Music at Your Doorstep and are happy with their jobs. The individual posting this libel was the only issue in the transition and was offered a new position with bonus and back pay from the new company, which was in conformation to the bankruptcy court's rulings. The individual posting this item failed to provide the required time sheets for one month's pay prior to the bankruptcy ruling. There are no pending lawsuits against Music at Your Doorstep and there were no viruses detected on any of their owned websites. It is my advice that this item be removed from this report as an illegal form of libel. The individual posting this item has been unable to provide attorneys or courts with any proof of the accusations, and there have been no other complaints to the company by any students or teachers other than the ones coerced by this individual and only those working with this individual. The owners of Music at Your Doorstep took over full management and have focused all of their time on improving service to both students and teachers, and the company has experienced success in all areas since the transition. In addition, the owners are more than willing to resolve any issues with students or teachers working with the former company. All issues or concerns can be forwarded to media@musicatyourdoorstep.com.
