Music Etc. Never signed up billed through AT&T Daly City,, California
I noticed a charge on my AT&T bill for a music download service I did not sign up for this. this showed up on my bill:

| Total ILD Teleservices 16.00 I called and they were very good about taking it off my bill, but I needed to call AT&T and give them the confirmation # and block third party billing. AT&T said the FCC requires them to accept third party billing until customer block it. |
