Order placed with this firm on May 08. 2008. Shipment not received by June 01, 2008. Emailed customer service and received reply that order would be shipped on June 06. 2008. Order not received and correspondence ignored since.
Complaint filed with Better Business Bureau of West Georgia in Columbus, GA. Subject also ignored this complaint. Phone calls are intercepted by voice mail and never returned.
As of this date, September 05, 2008, this matter remains unresolved.
This is not just a frivolous post. I have tried earnestly for four months to settle this amicably! All I am asking at this point is a refund of my money and the request "falls on deaf ears"!
