MusiciansBuy.com is a total unethical online music store. I thought it was a good idea to purchase from them, opposed to my local music store since their prices we less online. I ordered a new Yamaha keyboard from their website after speaking with someone and they assured me it would ship out the following business day and if any problems they would call me. I called them back TWO days later letting them know I haven't received my tracking number the day before or a call if there was a problem. When I called they stated "it won't ship until (2)......weeks. My first initial plan was to cancel the order before these rolls of nuts take my money and change their phone number. I wanted the keyboard to bad that I let them dry up as nuts with my money. Eventually the shipped me the keyboard BROKEN and WITHOUT MY HEADPHONES, & BENCH I ORDERED!!! These battered probably went out to have steaks and cheap wine with the $2,400 I sent them.

I called them the next day to resolve the issue and they said "there's nothing we can do, you can mail it back and a brand new one". I asked them was it damaged before shipment and they said THEY'RE NOT SURE & IT'S POSSIBLE SINCE IT WAS IN THE WEARHOUSE!!!!!!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said NO. You have to pay all over again. WELL I JUST BE DAMNED, & STICK A FINGER UP MY A**! I called my bank for help and musicians buy lied and said they never received a phone call from me complaining. They lied and said I only called to say I was happy, GOT DAMMIT I WASN'T happy with this jack leg sh*t. I would have paid another $600 to get it from the store. So, I sent it back to them which my bank suggested I do and musicians buy gave my $600 out of the $2400. Mind you I never received the headphones or bench I paid for. The owner or president yelled and cursed saying it was my problem, I should have made a better decision. He also said, we have our money and item back and so be it!!!

PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE d***o HEAD SALTIENS... THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY, NOT HONOR REFUNDS, OR DAMAGES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. REST IN HELL TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE!!! Flake!
