Complaint Review: Musicinc

Musicinc was billed for 49.44 for MOVIE downloads NOT ordered, then additional $24.44 for music download subscription that turned out to be uncompatable with MP3 Player's software for PC only I have iMac. Asked for refund daily since Dec. 27th. they haven't even responded to requests. ripoff Internet

Wanted to order subscription to music downloads for husband's mP3 player. The order form had a pre-checked box for movie downloads I did NOT see, or UNcheck, and so ordered it accidently. Caught the mistake, IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund on the mistake. ($49.43) Later, discovered my husband's MP3 player's installation CD is for PC use ONLY- I have an iMac, and can't be used, not can the music be downloaded to the mp3 player.

Immediatly e-mailed the company, explained the situation thoroughly, asked for a refund, and haven't heard from them once since Dec. 27th. My account was debited for both charges, the movie and the music. They promise refunds, satisfaction guarantied, yet do NOT provide a phone number, address or anyway to contact other that e-mails. I've e-mailed every day for 2 weeks, then weekly. They've NOT responded one time.
