We purchased a Kalimba from their online site. The instrument we received was not like the one on the site. We complained and after weeks received a second instrument that was inferior to the first, in fact it had only 10 keys instead of the 17 as represented on the site.

Attempts to contact them for refund have received no response. They have removed customer feedback options from their site and have removed all negative comments.
