As of now they are out of business but a few years back I ordered three albums from them. It was Felix Cavaliere music that was re-released in japan and I got the first two albums but the third suddenly disappeared from the online order and was replaced by something like Femi Kuti -Shocki Remixed, I believe. I called and told them that I didnt order that and then they told me that the other Cavaliere album was no longer available. So I asked for a refund and they said they would send me one. I waited two weeks and received no word or money so I emailed the manager and he said he took care of it for me. After that again I waited two weeks and finally called the Canadian BBB, the person on the other end of the line told me taht they almost never refund money to anyone who has an order screwed up or when the album is no longer available. Shortly, after that I got an email from the BBB agent who sent a complaint to the same manager which I happened to talk to before via email. After two weeks I emailed her back and told her nothing had happened, she then reported that the information about the claim was going to be published in a newspaper.
If you try to visit their old URL you will be sent to a porn site, so Im giving you a heads up if you happen to be at work. This company had a huge selection of stuff according to theior database so I cant believe they went out of business so easily and without making a sound.
I must of spent at least 20 dollars in phone calls trying to get the money back (which was about the cost of the album itself). At least once I called them in Canada for help, but I hope if anything I had something to do with them going out of business, probably not, but one can wish.

Eventually they ran a merchant based business for a while, they might still be.
