The report is FALSE. Mayor Guiani is not a kidnapper. Supt. Joel Goltiao is not the City Police Director of Cotabato City. As far as I am concerned, Goltiao has long retired so the report is FALSE. The real Kidnapper in Cotabato City and Maguindanao is VICE MAYOR MUSLIMEN SEMA. He kidnaps Chinese Businessmen and this is known fact. The one who prepared this malicious report against Mayor Japal Guiani is the group of Muslimen Sema. Arnel Datukon who was mercilessly murdered just because he was rumored to run against the wife of Sema. What about the murder of Brgy. Captain Edwin Sero, Brgy. Captain Pilo Albores, Mayor Kling Daud? all these, the Semas are said to be behind it.
