B: What Mutual Warranty did to me isn't really the issue. It is what they are doing to many Americans. Home Warranties are very big in the US. Now this Vadim Verveda (google his name, he already has lots of fraud charges against him) What he is doing is getting Americans to purchase a home warranty for 425 dollars US. He then collects their money, and says to them that there house is now under a home warranty. Meaning if anything goes wrond, with the appliances and systems, that are covered he is going to cover them, with a home warranty. He is allowed to terminate there account with them at any time, or when there is a claim against him.
He is lieing, about the business history, saying that it has been in business for 15 years, when really only 4 months. Lies to customers, saying that his company is bigger than compeditors, like American Home Shield. He also lies about the coverage, tells the consumer what they want to hear, and no where near the truth. He hires young people to run the phones, and promises them careers where there going to make a lot of money. He then skips town to a new office and does not pay them.
This guy needs to be stoped, and stoped now. He does not have a honorable business, and should not be a ble to lie, and cheat people out of there money. Currently his office is in Calgary, Alberta. On the Web site, it says that there are offices in both Denver, Co and Vancouver, BC. Neither of these offices exist. He is a scam artest, and needs to stop.

For those of you following this story, you might find it interesting to know that Vadim Verveda has finally been caught.
He had taken his latest offices all the way to the country of Panama and done just as he had previously done. Hired young unsuspecting professionals to run his business.
Vadim lasted 3 months in business in Panama before the banks shut him down and so did the employees. He was reported in the news as having stolen his own laptops (which in fact had not been fully paid for), when the employees came in the morning they saw the missing items, saw the video surveylance and immediately called the police.
This guy is being hunted by interpole and the FBI, he has of recently been arrested by the Panamanian police. Hopefully this guy will finally get what is coming to him. Hes done so much in justice to so many people, hes been living the good life for too long... its time he got his just rewards.
If any of you out there were thinking of bringing a case on him, this is the time, dont let him get away with what hes done, he deserves to pay the price.
