I was approached by Greg on Freelancer, where he asked me if I can produce and voice the entire imaging package for his station Muzik.Gr. He said he liked my production style and voice and offered 400 euros for the production. 50% after i deliver half of the jinlges and the rest after I deliver all. There were total of 59 elements to voice and produce.

I have completed the full package in 6 days and send the initial 50 % to Greg in March of 2012. He never provided any feedback so I started asking questiosn about the status of the jingles and the payment. His replies were either weeks late, or would never come. His most common response was that the producers are testing the jingles.

Another 3 weeks pased when I noticed that the mails I sent from my production email adress are returning as undelivered. I have tried contacting him from another email adress and I get no reply. I registered on teh Muzik.Gr forum and posed the paymen question, however I was banned right away.

Today, browsing on freelancer, I saw him again (under different name) asking for jingles to be produced for his radio station. I tuned in, and law and behold, I hear my voice and prodcution elements. Be very carefull when dealing with this guy as he will most likely rip you off. Below is some of the correspondnce I had with him before he blocked me

I wanted to follow up on the feedback from the producers. What are their comments? When do you expect the testing period to be completed? I still have to give approximately 29 spots.

Unfortunately I am not able to listen to the package u sent me with the names cause I am connecting via mobile, however I will do it tomorrow and let you know.

About the questions now:
1)what I actually want is to have two main versions of each radio spot ( one with voice and music at the background and one with just voice plus the text added, kindly see the project description to understand what I mean) afterall you can create different versions of the spots in order to select the best ones that fit in our style. We are going to Play them with SAM BROADCASTER cause everyone plays from their place since it's an Internet radio.

2) I am not able to spell them phonetically cause, as told, I don't have a pc at this time.

3) it's ok on wendesday.

4) sample rate it's up to you, what you think it's best.

5) studio it's located in athens, we would be happy to visit us whenever you want :)

I saw the description and just want to clarify:

You want one spot that will say "Speak the MUZIK radio show" This will have music and sound effects and my voice.

Then there will be another spot that will say "Speak the MUZIK radio show, hosted by Panos Zois and John Tsavlidis" This spot will be with sound effects only, and without any music.Please correct me if I am wrong.

I can have a few different variations of each and vary the length of the music.

2. No need to spell them, just let me know if I got them right. The sooner I get your feedback, the sooner I will get in the studio.

3.Wednesday it is.

4. 44Kz 16 bit mono for the voice Stereo for the final spots.

5. Athens is a bit far from here, but in case I do go there, I will definitely visit.

It would be better for you & me just to pronounce the radio shows, its too hard to be achieved what i wanted, however i would be happy enough if you just do the radio shows.

so a change in my plans what you have to do is to record those texts:

1) A night like this radio show (and one more: A night like this radio show, exclusive on MUZIKgr every Friday)

2) Speak the MUZIK radio sohw (and one more: speak the muzik radio show, exclusive on MUZIKgr every Wednesday)

3) Freedom radio show (and one more: Freedom radio show, exclusive on MUZIKgr every Wedesday)

and so on! for all radio shows..

i hope you have understood what i mean, there should be around 13-15 radio shows, just check when its show is being broadcasted from the schedule page i sent you. The program starts from Monday (???????) on there..

just tell me if you understood what is wanted to be done!

i will do what you are sugesting with the radio shows broadcast day. The instructions are clear. i will give you a different mixout version of each spot. i am sorry i was not able to better pronounce the names. I will send you a few finished spots by tomorrow to make sure we are in the right direction.

madrilenos1 year agohey mate, sorry for the delay on my reply. i like the style of your voice, howerver i think, music at the "back" could be a lot better, in my opinion. if you can create 2-3 versions to choose would be great.

I have used a few different beat themes as background music, but I can easily change them with something more suitable or with something that you have produced.

I was looking at your soundcloud profile and thought about using the Adele re-mix but I dont know what the copy-right issues would be around that.

I have total of 59 jingles produced so far, so you will have the options to mix and match as you please. For each jingle there is a version with music, version with Sfx and music and one with sfx only

Let me know if you have stable internet access and I will zip the jingles and put them on my FTP. You can listen to them and provide feedback regarding the music. Across the package I have used four different music themes, all in order to design an audio identity for the station. However, I can replace all music tracks with whatever you think is more suitable or with something that you have produced.

I would also like to take this opportunity to touch base on the payment issue since we are not using the freelancer system.
