Do not drive for this company. They wil work you illegally against D.O.T regulations and safety comes second. if you complain about your hours they will find some way to get rid of you.they are very unfair and unethical. in their operations. i have proof.

I too used to work for this company in Northern California before they tried to fire me for trying to call in sick. i would work 20 hour days for around 80 hour weeks but only get paid my first 40 hours regular pay and the remainder overtime only. After a year and a half of my loyal services never having missed a day or even being late they tried to give me the boot.
i resigned that same late evening and started a personal and class action lawsuit just to end up getting screwed also by my lawyer.

I read your report and I am looking for information on MV transportation concerning any illegal transactions they were a part of. I know they are a horrible business with plenty of illegal practices and I need to speak to someone that has actual proof of any illegal doings.
