MVA360 I was billed for a virtual tour that was cancelled and repeatedly requested a credit on my visa bill, promised they would take of this and has not done anything, will not answer e-mails for credit on the charge. Ripoff Ralston Nebraska Internet
I was e-mail by mva360 for business, I am a Realtor and was asked for business doing a virtual tour of properties I have listed for sale.
A tour was sceduled, and no show, I called and cancelled the request , also e-mailed the company cancelling my order. I was e-mailed back and assured they would credit my visa card.
No credit on my card and no response to my e-mailes. I have investigated the company and found out they are famous for this practice.

What- you did not request your CC to do a chargeback?

This sounds like a prime chargeback opportunity.

Sorry but why would you give anyone a CC number for a virtual tour?
Were you hiring them to do it for you? Do the other agents in your office talk to you? If so who does their virtual tours?
It isn't that hard, take a video tape from your camcorder and play with it. If you don't have the software go to the store and tell the kids you are trying to put a video online and they will tell you the best software and how to do it. Then you do the HTML to link them and upload.
I hope that along with your CC number you didn't give these people your password. If so change it ASAP.
