When I signed up for an Mvelopes.com account, and stopped using it after I discovered the product is WAY TOO SLOW ON DIALUP (they will never tell you this in their 'testimonials' or FAQ), they kept charging me for the service. Since the trial period of 30 days had ended, and I had not notified them that I wanted to cancel, they relied on the fact that it is (a) difficult to find the information needed to cancel and (b) most people will not bother going through the hassle of a telephone conversation or wouldn't think it was required to do so, they went on their merry way... making lots of money off me. Well, I am filing a report against them since they are deliberately making it difficult for consumers to cancel with them. Their hours of operation are M-F,and I think they close at 5pm or earlier. This is going to make it hard for most poor folks (the ones that need the product the most, and Mvelopes knows this) to make that telephone call.
