After paying a $200 deposit to Mini Vacations, Inc., we were registered and issued a certificate for travel on February 2, 2005, our certificate number was 54069. We were told at that time that we had 18 months to pick dates for our cruise vacation.

After picking the dates of our requested travel time, we then paid an additional $360 which covered an interior cabin, cruise vacation. The cost now at a total of $560.

On October 10, 2005 we received a letter from MVI Marketing's Processing Department saying that, "unfortunately due to the current volatile situation with cruise lines removing ships from their fleets and re-accomodating passengers on different ships due to the hurricanes, we are unable to fulfill your date requested."

At that time we were given several options to choose from, we chose the first option which was, "to receive a full refund, and to also receive a 8 day/7 night condo stay, absolutely complimentary. No processing fees to pay."

We have not received any refund at the total of $560. We have copies of all paperwork to and from MVI Marketing, Mini Vacations, Inc., and are very disappointed with the outcome of the way this company has handled the situation. I only hope the owner of this company will do the right thing. I will do everything in my power to receive a full refund. I no longer care about the additional "condo stay"!
