I got a certificate for a cruise for two people in August 2004. I made a payment for $571.88 to MVI Marketing (A division of Mini Vacations, Inc.). I selected a date to travel in Sept. 2005. I called in July 2005 because I still had not received a itenary or confirmation of any kind. They told me that they "bumped" my cruise date back because the cruise line sold out of the stateroom I wanted. So I re-scheduled to go in Dec. 2005. I got a letter on October 11, 2005 from MVI saying that they had to change my date once again. I sent in a letter of request to travel sometime in 2006. I waited until February 2006 to hear from them for confirmation - Nothing. I tried calling almost every work day for the next 2 months. Always a busy signal. Finally, today, April 3, 2006, I called the two numbers I had for MVI and it said the numbers were disconnected! That's when I tried to find a website - with no luck. But in the searching found this website instead. What do I do next? I put in almost $600. to a company that promised me a 7 night cruise to the Caribbean.
