If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is a rip-off.
We sat through there presentation to earn our FREE trip to Vegas. The only thing we got free were the beverages at the presentation.
We planned on going to Vegas in February but the advance time requirments would not allow for that so we paid for a trip on our own & thought we would use our FREE trip to return to Vegas in the fall.
When we returned from our Feb. trip we began to make plans for our fall trip, talking to coworkers we heard bad things about MVI so we checked it out on the internet. Sure enough...many unhappy people were sounding off.
We deceided we did not need that kind of headache so we sent a certified letter requesting our $100 deposit back.
That was Feb.25,2002, we have not heard a peep.
Of course no phone number to call & why waist money on another certified letter. Seems many others have tried that route with no refund.
Our certificate number is 63618 MA3210201LVW1A.
Would appreciate a refund soon.

We waited for a rebutal on our report and nothing was happening so we checked out the Better Business Bureau web site to see if any information might be there that could help..JACKPOT. A whole list of phone numbers along with a glowing report on MVI. I started with the first number on the list & worked my way through remembering to be polite & calm, I was repeatedly told I was not calling the proper department for air & land certificates and given a number to call. The air & land certificate number is always busy and not likely a person would ever get directly through but I did call 813-769-3931 & when she told me again to call 813-769-4240 I explained politely that I had tried repeatedly with no success she transfered me internally. This was on 6/02/02 & we received our refund check on 6/14/02. Remember we did have our certificate number and did not treat anyone any differently than we would want to be. Good luck we hope others can get refunds too.
