JUST AS WELL AS ALL OF YOU OUT THERE, I TO GOT RIPPED OFF AND A LOT OF STRESS NOT NEEDED FROM THIS COMPANY.

FOR THE LAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT ALL THEY DO IS SEND ME ANOTHER FORM TO FILL TELLING ME SOMETHING WAS WRONG.

AFTER AWHILE I FELL SICK AND ASKED THAT THE VACATION BE TERMINATED DO TO THE FACT THAT I COULD NOT TRAVEL FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS AND THEY STILL AGAIN SENT ME ANOTHER FORM TO FILL OUT AND MAIL IN MORE MONEY.

I'VE TRIED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISORS IN REPLACE OF CUSTOMER SURVICE BUT LIKE ALL TELEMARKETING THEY ARE BUSY AND HAVE NO TIME. YET THEY HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE EVERYONE'S MONEY QUICKLY.

I AM ONLY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND LET OTHERS KNOW "DO NOT BUY INTO THIS COMPANY". I FEEL THAT THE BETTER BUSINESS BOROUGH SHOULD FILE A SUIT WITH THIS COMPANY.

NOTE: Rip-off Report launched a complete investigation on this particular situation and found that Mini Vacations had no control over promises another company makes when marketing their vacation coupons. Even though Mini Vacations is not responsible for another company's actions, they have been giving FULL refunds to anyone who has contacted them, and has even given more than they should have in the name of good customer service

They seems to be very helpful regarding questionable travel businesses. (They were succesful to get back the Ramada scam victims' money.)

bbb will not help, MVI is bbb member, quote from the bbb site: "This means it supports the Bureau's services to the public and meets our membership standards."

(Means for a membership fee bbb forgives/hides any complain against these companies.)
