MVQ*SHOPESSPLUS Unauthorized charges to my account Pliladelphia, Pennsylvania
For the second month in a row a company called MVQ*SHOPESSPLUS has charged $19.95 to my banking account.....Ive never heard of them....I live out of the country and certainly have not purchased anything online. How was this company able to do this? What action should I take?
