This past month I noticed my credit card balance was much higher than it should have been. I pulled a statement and a company, with whom I had no knowledge of was hitting my account for $19.95.

I went to my bank, only to learn that this company had been hitting my account since Feb.09. I filed a dispute and closed out the account.

I recieved a new card yesturday, July 28,09 and got it validated on the phone to open it. This morning, checking my accounts online, I see that my new card is - $82.00. Which means they were able to use the old account again or gey my new number. The total amount just charged to the account was about $120.00. Will this ever stop? Feeling helpless.
