Maintenance nor Landlord give notice of inspections prior to entering condo, this takes place when I'm not at home.  they wait for this time specifically.   No repairs (such as the stairs, repaint bathroom above tub) on what's needed, mainly to inspection my personal belongs, items missing from every room in the dwelling, such as kitchen items, clothing, linens, area rugs, photography portfolio, hair accessories, accessories, miniature photo albums, picture frames necklace, etc.  Orginal lease and receipt for $500.00 Security Deposit, and other leases which I did not sign due to their wanting to enter whenever and if any one seen too many times at the condo, they would have to pay rent, Alarm System w/cameras information, a photo of a wrecked F10 truck found by PC which was theirs,returned enveloped with different pic of wrecked vehicle 'car"placed it under my mattress.. this was in a box 28''H and opened my mail.  Informed that this a life style  action toward the ptrior tenants.  This needs be stopped now, so that futurer renters will avoid these issues.   The condo aren't ;listed with owner so that you will know what type of person/people you will be/about too  dealing with.    Seriously, I should be paid half of the rent due situations
