Complaint Review: MWI Connections

I ordered video tapes from a TV ad. I received the tapes some time ago. Then I got a letter from my credit card company that there was a security breach. She gave me the list of charges. I did not recognize MWI connections. She gave me a phone number to call.

When I called the company, a lady named Chrystal said that the charge was for entertainment. I said that I didn't want what she was selling. She tried several times to persuade me, but I said that I wanted the charge deleted from my account. She finally said she would have it done in 3-7 days.

I hung up and called the credit card company back and she said to send the videos back to the company. I said I didn't have the address anymore. She said to call back and get an address, but when I tried, I was already cancelled, and I couldn't get back in to talk to someone to get the address. This is a mess. And for these people to use an upstanding celebrity like Red Skelton to do this is an abomination.

I hope that you get them and put someone in jail for this.
