Complaint Review: MWI Connections MWI Essentials

On 12/27/2002, this company charged $96.00 and $12.95 to my credit card. I would not have noticed this if I had not been balancing my checkbook to see what orders I had not received.

I did a lot of ordering for Christmas online and I was making sure that everything had arrived. Upon noticing this charge, I immediately began tracking this with printouts of my orders to see what this was.

It was not anything that I had ordered. I tried to call them on Jan 11, 2003 and found out that they are only open from 6 am to 11 pm CST.

Needless to say, I will be calling them on Monday morning. They are going to refund my money. How they got my card number I don't know, but they need to be sued. I am more than willing to help with the cause of suing them.

I am a single mom who doesn't have $108.95 just to be giving a company because they feel like charging my card. Feel free to use this in your battle against MWI Connections and MWI Essentials.
