MWI CONNECTIONS is a ripoff that STOLE MONEY from my ACCOUNT. Omaha, Nebraska
Back in March I saw an informercial on tv for a veggie chopper and it was like 7.00, so I got two. Well, supposedly it was "two for the price of one."
I don't usually closely inspect my bank statement unless I have an overdraft. For whatever reason today, I looked this months over. I found a 9.95 draft that I didn't recall making, especially to MWI Connections!
I called the number given, 1-800-750-4364, but they were closed. Today is Sunday. Thank goodness I have a 24 bank. I went to the bank after discovering who these people were and realizing that it had been almost five months since my interaction with them.
What I found at the bank was startling. First of all, the 14.00 was never charged to my account. In it's place was a charge for 96.00 on March 14th and the title was MWI*PREMIERHEALTH TRND 800-313-1456. Following that is another that I JUST NOW found...I'm not sure what that is..we didn't even see this while I was at the bank...it says SMART INVENTIONS for 27.94. I'll call that number tomorrow, as well as these others.
Anyway, the second charge that I found at the bank was on March 25, the third was on April 15th, the fourth was on May 15th, the fifth was on June 12th, and the sixth and hopefully the last was on July 12th. That's a total of 145.75. I have contacted their "e-mail" or what ever it is. I have also contacted an attorney.

Your program with Memberworks was probably offered when you placed your order for the veggie chopper. many of our programs are offered by infomercial x-sells. Do you think we would put our 800# by all of our charges if we were fraudulent? Come on now think a little here. Yes, sometimes people are enrolled by accident but there isn't much that can be done about that. if that is the case we take care of the problem.
