Complaint Review: MWI Connections MWI Homeworks & shop At Home

my girlfriend ordered a product off of a Shop at Home infomercial in june 2003. they kept trying to sell her other stuff other than what she called to order she declined and told them No. then i was looking at my bank account online and saw a charge for 12.95 to MWI connections then another charge for 139.95 to MWI homeworks plus i called both companys the guy said that they are not the same company but are in the same building.

i demanded my money be refunded and they kept trying to sell me their memberships finally i told them that i didnt want their stupid membership tha i wanted my money back and they said that i would be refunded within 3-5 business days i'll have to wait and see if that happens i also called my bank about it and they said that if i dont get the money back they would do a investagation and get the money back for me i also asked the people at MWI where they got my debit card # from they told me from Shop At Home.

the number for MWI connections is 800-750-4364 and the # for MWI homeworks is 888-394-6932 incase any of you have the same problem i did and cant find the numbers
