MWI Connections Rip-off charged my credit card without my knowledge for $149.95 Connecticut

I received my credit card bill on, 2/13/03 and noticed a $149.95 transaction I never requested. I called the phone number on my credit card bill. (800-568-2386) I spoke to a Oshalah (#16413). He claimed on 11/04/02, I applied for membership package (a WALMART $50.00 gift card) which I beleive I asked for.

But I did not reqest membership to MWI. I request you to investigate this matter and inform me by phone or, e-mail. THANK YOU
