Complaint Review: MWI CONNECTIONS

I recieved my credit card statement only to see that mwi connections had charged my account 168.00 for someting I never signed up for. I called them and They said I had signed up to buy a tv and cd player, I have never recieved anything from them but the bill.

I called and told them to cancel my account , that I had recieved nor asked for this things. They tried to make me change my mind by reducing $60 dollars from my bill, and trying to give me cirtifacates for other things. I hope that they do cancel my
account .
