MWI Connections ripoff, fraudulent 96.oo debit from my account discovered when I was balancing, never heard of them before Connecticut
I made a deposit in my checking account and was surprised to see my remaining balance so low.
The next day (today - right now) I decided I HAD to balance my account to see what was going on. I discovered a debit to my account for 96.00$ by a company called: MWI Connections. On the day of the supposed transaction I was out of town, so I know something is fishy.
Besides, I have never heard of that company. I call the toll free number associated with the transaction and find out it is some kind of card company. I then get on the net and do a search of said company and bingo - up comes all kinds of info on ripoff Report and Connections.
At this point (Sat.) I know nothing about this company except they somehow hit my account for 96$. I do not have a street address, city location, or E-mail address. You can rest assured however that on Monday next I will be intouch with the company, my bank, and anyone else that needs to know about this.
