Complaint Review: MWI Connections

My security dept. on my debit account called me last night to ask about suspicious charges on my account. I had no idea who MWI Connections was.

I called the company to ask them about the charges. I told the rep. Joyce ID# 9057 and the "manager" Elane about my confusion. They pulled my information up based on my name and address. They then asked if I had ever bought anything from an infomercial before. Hmmm...tipped me off right there. They got my information from that. I recently bought The Firm...and am having troubles with fraud billings from them too.

I had to cancel my account and am going to be filling a fraud charge report with my bank. I am totally convinced this is a fraudulent company and will write to my congressmen, the Better Buisness Bureau and any other consumer advocate group I can find. By the number of reports on this company I found on this website...this is a HUGE problem.

If you have been a victim of this company and any other name in affiliation with them. DO something...protect yourself and others against these dishonest companies.
