Complaint Review: MWI CONNECTIONS

On 11/27/02 a withdrawal debit card check purchase appeared on my bank statement which I did not recognize. I contacted my bank who provide me with a telephone number for MWI Connections. They would not provide any information as to who authorized this withdrawal nor would they provided information as to how they had my name, address and bank information. The person on the line indicated she would send me out som e type of information which again I had not requested finally she said they would refund me the $109.95 within my next (2) bank statements. Now I have to be inconvenienced with dispute forms, notary etc. not to mention waiting on my $109.95. I am appaulled and would like to take legal action.
