I am writing to file a complaint against the above-referenced company. After ordering something from an infomercial, I was asked if I would be interested in receiving services from whatever company for X number of dollars. I replied no to three different options I was given.

I was then told that paperwork would arrive with my order and after reading it over and trying it free for 30 days, I would be given the opportunity to cancel. I never received any paperwork at all with my product order. Nor did I receive anything under separate cover.
On October my debit mastercard was charged $108.95 from MWI for services I never contracted for.
I contacted MWI.

They could not find any information about me under my name, address or phone #. I refused to give them my debit M/C again and they informed that they could not help me.

I have already contacted my bank and are in the process of filing a fraud report against them. I will also contact the attorney general in Nebraska and file a complaint against them as well. After finding out who they were, I went on the internet and found hundreds of negative reports about this company and others just like them.
